By downloading, installing, or using the Meow Meow app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Meow Meow is a mobile application that:

• Displays random cat images in home screen widgets
• Fetches images from the public CATAAS (Cat as a Service) API
• Provides a simple interface for widget management
• Operates entirely on your device without requiring user accounts

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Meow Meow for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

You May:

• Install and use the app on your personal devices
• Create and customize widgets on your home screen
• Share screenshots or images of the app (for non-commercial purposes)

You May Not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to extract or redistribute the cat images
• Use the app to violate any laws or regulations

4. Third-Party Content

The cat images displayed in Meow Meow are provided by CATAAS (Cat as a Service), a third-party service. We do not own or control these images.

5. App Store Compliance

Your use of Meow Meow is also governed by the terms and conditions of the app store from which you downloaded it (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, etc.).

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information (spoiler: we don't collect any personal data).

7. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep Meow Meow available and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee:

• Continuous availability of the app or widget service
• Compatibility with all devices or operating system versions
• That the CATAAS service will always be available
• Regular updates or new features

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Meow Meow is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Meow Meow, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Device damage or performance issues
• Costs of substitute services

10. Device Requirements and Performance

Meow Meow requires certain device capabilities and permissions:

• Internet connection for downloading cat images
• Storage space for cached images
• Widget support (varies by device and launcher)
• Compatible Android/iOS version

Performance may vary based on your device, network connection, and system configuration.

11. Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your use of the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend access to the app without notice if you violate these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of Meow Meow.
